WORKING PRINCIPLE
Our hammer crusher, which is ready for operation should be fed stones which sizes varying in 0-60mm. The product inlet hood prevents stones entering the hammer crusher from rebounding. The material entering the hammer crusher is impacted by the manganese cast iron hammers connected on the moving rotor and hit the manganese cast iron armours connected on the hammer crusher body. The hammer crusher body is specially designed by EGEAY in order to make the crushing of the materials hitting these armours more efficient. The crushing process will continue until the product in the hammer crusher reaches the size that can pass through the pre-set grid intervals and will ensure continuous operation by throwing the stones of the desired size out of the grid.
